Biography
Zackary Paal is a partner with Sinars Slowikowski Tomaska's Seattle office.
His practice is focused primarily on coordinating litigation as national counsel for an international pipe product manufacturer; representing and assisting cannabis clients in formation, operations, and litigation; and defending manufacturers, suppliers, and premises owners in personal injury, product liability, toxic tort, mass tort, and general negligence lawsuits.
He also assists clients with matters involving contracts, real estate, collections, and elder law.
Before joining SST coordinated discovery responses as national counsel for an international sealing products manufacturer and represented product manufacturers, vessel and premises owners, and major shipyards in complex litigation in Washington and Louisiana. Prior to his work in civil litigation, Zack was a public defender and co-founder and in-house counsel for an international product sourcing and importing company.
Before becoming a lawyer, Zack worked for over a decade providing mental health and substance abuse counseling and social services to at-risk youth and their families.
