Work Environment

SST employees enjoy an Office Occasional Model, in which they choose two days to spend inside the office and may work the remainder of the time remotely. This is slightly different by office.

The SST Hiring Process (What You Can Expect)

We conduct our hiring process via Teams and over the phone in order to accommodate the schedules of each candidate and each member of the Hiring and Recruitment Team.


The first step is a 15 minute phone screening conversation with the hiring manager.


Candidates who advance past the phone screening will be invited to participate in a group interview via Teams with five members of the SST team. 

  • If candidates request further information at any point in the process, we may offer the opportunity to connect with an SST associate via phone. This is typical for the group interview. 


In the final step, we extend an offer or send a rejection letter email, typically within a day or two.

Within a few days of accepting the offer, candidates will receive an email communicating their start date and highlighting training information.

  • If, at any point in the interview process, we determine that a candidate is not a fit for the position or our firm, we will let them know as soon as possible.

SST Training Overview
