Tina Davila is Of Counsel at Sinars Slowikowski, bringing over 25 years of experience in civil litigation. Her practice focuses on asbestos defense, employment litigation, professional liability, appellate matters, and general civil litigation. 

Before joining the firm, Tina served as a senior trial attorney representing the federal government in federal district court, federal appellate court, and administrative litigation. Her matters spanned fiduciary liability, workplace conditions and hazards, workplace injuries, employment discrimination and retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage disputes. She also advised client agencies through investigations, settlement discussions, and other pre-litigation matters. 

Beyond her litigation work, Tina has developed and delivered training for attorneys, legal staff, and agency personnel on topics including interviewing, fact gathering, retaining and working with experts, employment discrimination, and bankruptcy. 

Outside the office, Tina enjoys being with her family, enjoying a good cup of coffee, and spending time in her favorite place, the library.
