Biography
Jill Sundberg is a partner in the firm's St. Louis office. She focuses her practice on complex business litigation matters including class actions, toxic tort and insurance defense. The defense of asbestos personal injury cases is her primary emphasis. In that role, Jill uses her extensive experience to benefit clients in all aspects of case management including motion practice, discovery issues, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. She manages hundreds of mass tort cases in asbestos litigation without sacrificing client communication and satisfaction.
Jill has successfully argued motions ranging from discovery disputes to summary judgment and has participated in several mediations and trials. She has successfully co-argued against many class certifications. Jill also serves as an arbitrator for the Third Judicial Circuit in Madison County, Illinois.
In law school, Jill was a member of the St. Louis University Public Law Review.
