Danielle Vargas is an associate with Sinars Slowikowski Tomaska whose practice focuses on defending manufacturers, contractors, and suppliers in product liability, toxic torts/environmental, and occupational injury claims.

Prior to joining the firm, Danielle has worked in the areas of personal injury, nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, and general litigation. She earned her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law in 2019, where she focused her curriculum on civil litigation and received a Certificate in Public Interest. In law school, Danielle received the CAL Excellence for the Future Award in Trial Advocacy and was a recipient of the 2019 Diversity Scholarship and 2019 Community Service Award. Danielle was also elected as the 2018-2019 Editor-in-Chief for the DePaul Journal for Social Justice.

In her free time, Danielle enjoys traveling, cheering on Chicago sports teams, and playing with her retriever, Duke.
