Biography
Daniel Schwartz is an associate with Sinars Slowikowski Tomaska. He concentrates his practice on environmental issues, product liability claims, and toxic tort litigation. Prior to joining SST, he spent two summers clerking for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Washington, DC, and several months working for a law firm specializing in environmental, land use, and municipal law. During law school, he served as a submissions and business editor for the Wisconsin Journal of Law, Gender & Society. He also published an article that discussed the legal challenges facing surrogacy contracts and advocated for statewide adoption of the Uniform Parentage Act.
