Daniel Schwartz is an associate with Sinars Slowikowski Tomaska. He concentrates his practice on environmental issues, product liability claims, and toxic tort litigation. Prior to joining SST, he spent two summers clerking for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Washington, DC, and several months working for a law firm specializing in environmental, land use, and municipal law. During law school, Daniel served as a submissions and business editor for the Wisconsin Journal of Law, Gender & Society. Daniel relies on his background in public policy and experience helping regulatory agencies resolve matters of public interest to develop legal content for SST’s website and publish articles for legal journals on various topics, including recent developments in tort law and considerations for product manufacturers and premises defendants in product liability actions.
