Biography
Tyler Lindberg is an attorney in the Chicago office at Sinars Slowikowski Tomaska. His practice is focused on the defense of corporations engaged in a multitude of disciplines ranging from product manufacturers, premises owners, distributors, and contractors. His experience includes defending cases alleging claims for product and premises liability, intentional torts, and general negligence.
Prior to joining SST, Tyler clerked for a prominent plaintiff’s personal injury firm where he was involved in complex cases involved catastrophic injuries. He gained extensive experience evaluating the medical aspects of various cases and working with expert witnesses. In law school, Tyler worked at the Fair Housing Clinic representing victims of housing discrimination under state, Federal, and local laws. Tyler drafted a memorandum resulting in one of the largest settlements in clinic history on behalf on an individual denied housing because of an existing disability.
In his final semester of law school, Tyler won first place in the Dean Fred F. Herzog Moot Court competition, an appellate advocacy competition consisting of more than 100 participants.
