Biography

Thomas Hardiman is an associate with Sinars Slowikowski Tomaska. He focuses his practice on product liability defense and occupational injury claims, including asbestos litigation. Prior to joining SST, Thomas served as in-house counsel for a local business and worked for several Chicago firms where he represented clients on a wide variety of issues, including contract disputes, consumer fraud, family law and premises liability matters. Thomas also helped manage  large-scale electronic discovery for complex commercial litigation.

During law school, Thomas was awarded individual top 5 Appellate Brief in the Herzog Moot Court Competition, from among 200 participants.
