Biography
Saphe-Allah Falaneh is an associate at Sinars Slowikowski Tomaska’s Chicago office. He focuses his practice in the areas of general litigation, product liability and toxic torts. Saphe regularly performs pre-suit discovery, takes and defends depositions, works with expert witnesses, and facilitates settlement negotiations.
Prior to joining SST, Saphe was an associate at a midsize law firm where he defended insurance companies and employers in civil litigation, workers’ compensation, and employment law cases. He also gained experience in handling complex subrogation and third-party claims and defended catastrophic loss cases in various industries including Healthcare, Transportation and Trucking, Construction, Grocers, and Restaurants. Saphe’s experience also includes clerking for plaintiff’s firms, which provides him with a unique insight into both sides of the litigation and allows him to better defend his current clients.
Saphe earned his Juris Doctor from University of Illinois College of Law. While in law school, he participated in the College of Law’s Trial Advocacy Program and Alternative Dispute Resolution and Mediations course.
Prior to attending law school, Saphe owned and operated a number of his family’s small businesses, allowing him to better understand his clients’ businesses, goals and concerns. In his free time, Saphe is an avid horseback rider and enjoys exercising and playing sports.
