Biography
Katelyn Ofenloch concentrates her practice on product liability, construction, and general negligence claims. She has extensive experience defending property owners, product manufacturers, and distributors in toxic tort litigation. She also defends general contractors, subcontractors, and property owners in construction litigation involving personal injury and construction defect and design.
Kate previously gained valuable litigation experience clerking for the Cook County State's Attorney's Office. While at DePaul University College of Law, Kate received the CALI Excellence for the Future award for her work in Civil Litigation. Prior to law school, she earned a B.A. in Communication and Spanish from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, graduating with departmental honors.
