Biography
Joseph Hemphill is an associate with Sinars Slowikowski Tomaska. He concentrates his practice in the areas of general litigation, product liability and toxic torts.
Prior to joining SST, Joseph served as an Assistant State’s Attorney with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in the Civil Actions Bureau and Criminal Prosecutions Bureau where he gained extensive litigation experience. As a prosecutor, he handled hundreds of cases from their inception in addition to trying several cases to verdict.
Joseph graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio, where he was an executive member of the Ault Mock Trial Team and earned multiple awards for his performance in mock trial competitions.
