Biography
Demi Flores graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a minor in Philosophy. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in 2021. During her time at Loyola, Demi clerked for the Orange County District Attorney's Office and served as a Production Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review. Demi also served as a coordinator for the Young Lawyers Mentorship Program at Loyola Law School, which offered mentorship and trial advocacy education to high school students from low-income communities across Los Angeles. Demi was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2021 and the Illinois State Bar Association in 2022. Prior to joining SST, Demi worked for a Los Angeles-based firm that represented developers and contractors in complex construction defect litigation.
Outside of work, Demi enjoys attempting new cooking recipes and attending baseball games.
