Demi Flores is an associate attorney with Sinars Slowikowski Tomaska. Prior to joining SST, Demi worked for a Los Angeles-based civil defense firm where she represented developers and contractors in complex construction defect litigation. Demi also represented employers in wrongful termination litigation and actions brought under the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Act.

Demi earned her Juris Doctor degree from LMU Loyola Law School in 2021. During her time at Loyola, Demi served as a Production Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review and also served as a coordinator for the Young Lawyers Mentorship Program at Loyola Law School, which offered mentorship and trial advocacy education to high school students from low-income communities across Los Angeles. Demi also worked as a certified law clerk for the Orange County District Attorney's Office where she conducted preliminary hearings and assisted in the prosecution of Gang and T.A.R.G.E.T. homicide trials. Demi attended the University of San Diego and graduated cum laude in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a double minor in Philosophy and Theology.

Outside of the office, Demi enjoys spending time on the lake, trying new restaurants in the city, and exploring all that Chicago has to offer.
