Biography

Daniel Schwartz is an associate with Sinars Slowikowski Tomaska. He concentrates his practice on environmental issues, product liability claims, and toxic tort litigation. Prior to joining SST, he spent two summers clerking for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Washington, DC, and several months working for a law firm specializing in environmental, land use, and municipal law. Daniel credits his ability to obtain swift, favorable results for his clients with his background in public policy, experience helping regulatory agencies resolve matters of public interest, and client-centered approach in all aspects of litigation. Additionally, he has published articles for legal journals on various topics, including recent developments in tort law and considerations for product manufacturers and premises defendants in product liability actions. During law school, Daniel served as a submissions and business editor for the Wisconsin Journal of Law, Gender & Society.

In his spare time, Daniel enjoys playing the piano, spending quality time with his labradoodle, and cheering on the Golden State Warriors.
