National FETTI Annual Conference
Sinars Slowikowski Tomaska once again sponsored the National FETTI Annual Conference, which took place September 26th to 28th in Chicago. The conference covered a wide range of evolving environmental and toxic tort issues.
Congratulations to our own James Kasper, Greta Lloyd and Senior Consultant at ESI Jason Babcock Ph.D., for a great presentation titled "Is a Chemical Innocent Until Proven Guilty? The Artificial Turf Debate." They discussed the scientific literature regarding the safety of crumb-rubber artificial turf and the litigation that has arisen from the controversy.
